Software Account Executive, West Coast

What We Need

We are looking for a strong salesperson to join our dynamic sales and go-to-market team in matching customer needs to Gerber software solutions and growing the overall software business across the Western US. Your work will drive software sales and customer relationships to advance our overall vision of providing sophisticated hardware and software systems to incredible product design and manufacturing industry leaders.

  • Delivering sales at or above quarterly targets for CAD, 3D, and PLM product lines including SaaS subscriptions, licenses, maintenance contracts, and professional services

  • Collaborating with selling partners to develop and grow the overall software business across the Western US

  • Developing detailed and regular sales activity plans to ensure that sales activity in the pipeline can meet personal sales objectives

  • Building strong relationships with customers based on trust and mutual respect, particularly with sponsors at an executive-level

  • Communicating and collaborating with internal partners, including executive management

  • Owning your territory and driving it to success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years selling enterprise management software to soft goods design, manufacturing, or retail sectors

  • Demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales objectives and driving sales through channel partners

Mastery of...

  • Communication, negotiation, and client relations skills

Proficient in...

  • Sales Activity planning and sales funnel reporting

  • CAD software sales experience
